Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. Please do not return your product directly to the manufacturer.
To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item, along with our decision to approve or reject your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your bank or credit card provider, as some processing time may be required. If you have followed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@recovina.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at hello@recovina.com.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please contact our support team at hello@recovina.com. Once your request has been received, we will provide you with the return address and the next steps to arrange your return in the best possible conditions.
